Legal Sea Food Redux

Atlantic Salmon dinner

I’m back home now, but want to share with you my last meal out in Providence last night. Since Legal Sea Food is right across the street from the hotel, it was a no-brainer.

I had loved the pan seared flounder special the night before, but didn’t want to do a do-over. So I took the advise of my colleague and had what he ate the night before. I was more than happy.

As you can see in the picture above, I had the wood-fired Atlantic Salmon. Now, being from the Northwest, I get salmon. This Atlantic Salmon was a little different, but very flavorful. It was cooked perfectly. The dinner came with two sides and I chose one of my personal favorites – butternut squash – and a new one – seaweed salad. The seaweed came from Hawaii and had a wonderful Asian taste to it. Went well with the salmon and the squash, which was terrific.

For dessert, I had the key lime pie. It was okay, not out-of-bounds, but competitive with other places. That being said, the dinner rocked. If you’re hanging out on the East Coast, try both the pan seared flounder or the Atlantic Salmon and you won’t be disappointed!

Eat Well.
